Purchasing your first home starts by becoming an educated home buyer! This workshop will help you understand key topics and concerns related to purchasing your first home, as well as a snapshot of the process and what to expect!
Key points to be covered will include:
- How to know whether purchasing a home is right for you
- Overview of the current real estate market and landscape
- Steps in the home-buying process
- Considerations when obtaining mortgage financing
- Determine your needs and wants
- Common challenges for home buyers
- Next steps once you’ve decided to buy
The goal of this workshop is to help you gain the knowledge and insights that will be relevant in helping you decide whether owning a home is right for you, and to best prepare you for the process.
This workshop will be led by RIT alumnus, Gary Norselli BS '09, Real Estate Assoc. Broker and CEO, The Norselli Team at Keller Williams Realty.
